Sunbelt Staffing is actively hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 20252026 school year in Connell, WA. This is an onsite position serving a manageable caseload of 5560 students. Youll play a vital role in helping students succeed by supporting their speech and language development in a collaborative school setting.

• Provide direct therapy services aligned with students' IEP goals

• Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with district guidelines

• Active Washington SLP license (required)

• CCC-SLP preferred, but open to strong CFs

• School-based experience is a plus

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

• Commitment to supporting student growth and team collaboration
