Soliant is partnering with a supportive school district in Winters, CA to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming 20252026 school year . Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday

• Service Model: On-site only

• Student Ages: Kindergarten12th Grade

• Caseload Size: ~5560 students

• Disability Range: Mild to moderate, including articulation, fluency, language, and social communication disorders

• Position Type: Full-time preferred; part-time applicants welcome

Your Role Will Include:

• Conducting comprehensive speech-language evaluations

• Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans

• Collaborating with educators and parents on student needs and progress

• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to student plans

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation

• Supporting inclusive communication in both academic and social contexts

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active California SLP License

• Ability to pass a federal criminal background check

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• School-based experience is a plus but not required

• A student-first mindset with dedication to inclusive education practices
