This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a collaborative educational team, helping students develop the communication skills they need for academic and personal success. Both licensed SLPs and strong Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply! Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and provide speech-language therapy services to K-12 students Develop and implement IEP goals based on students' individual needs Document therapy sessions and monitor student progress Collaborate with educators, families, and school staff Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences Active Washington State SLP license (or ability to obtain by start date) ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellows welcome Previous school-based experience preferred but not required Benefits Weekly pay (W2 contract through Soliant) Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match CEU reimbursement Clinical supervision for CFs Relocation assistance (if applicable) Ready to Apply?
