Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a travel contract job in Erie, PA. This 13-week assignment is based at a busy Level I Trauma Center, offering the opportunity to work with a high-acuity patient population. The role includes a rotating day schedule between early and late shifts. Specific days and shift hours will be discussed during the interview process.

Job Details

• Location: Erie, PA

• Setting: Hospital Level I Trauma Center

• Discipline: Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT)

• Shift: Rotating day shifts between 6:30 AM 7:00 PM and 10:30 AM 11:00 PM

• Contract Length: 13 weeks, with possibility of extension

Responsibilities

• Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and other respiratory interventions

• Manage ventilators and provide critical care support in ICU and ER

• Respond to emergency situations including codes and rapid response calls

• Document treatments and collaborate with care teams for patient progress

Qualifications

• Required: RRT or CRT credential from NBRC and BLS (AHA)

• License: Pennsylvania Respiratory Care Practitioner license, or willingness to obtain

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in an acute care hospital, including critical care and trauma support
