This position offers the flexibility of remote work while maintaining meaningful connections with students who need comprehensive speech therapy support. Position Overview This full-time remote position involves providing speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-12 through virtual platforms. You'll work approximately 35-37.5 hours per week, managing a caseload of 45-55 students with diverse communication needs. Our virtual model allows you to deliver high-quality therapeutic services while maintaining work-life balance from your home office. Core Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations through virtual platforms

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals

Provide direct therapy services via secure video conferencing technology

Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Maintain detailed documentation and progress monitoring systems

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning

Adapt traditional therapy techniques for virtual delivery methods

Provide consultation services to classroom teachers and support staff

Essential Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from accredited program

Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

Active Ohio speech-language pathologist license

Minimum 2 years of experience in school-based settings

Proficiency with virtual therapy platforms and educational technology

Strong communication skills for remote collaboration

Reliable internet connection and appropriate technology setup

Virtual Learning Environment Our platform serves students with various communication disorders including articulation delays, language impairments, fluency disorders, and voice concerns.
