Pediatric-Adult Speech Language Pathologist, Clinical Fellow
Lead SLP at Northwest clinic needed
Clinics with openings: Henderson, Spring Valley, North, Northwest
32-40 hr full time options
Mentorship ONSITE multiple days/week, with additional staff to support
Multidisciplinary team
Oral motor/feeding can be learned while on the job, through mentorship and continuing education if training is needed in this area
SIGN ON BONUS and/or Relocations bonus applicable for Part time and Full time employees
Additional pay per hour for demonstrating comprehensive therapy approach an evidence -based evaluation on the 'whole child' (oral motor, feeding, speech, etc)

Throughout the years, Speakeasy Therapy has spread throughout the city in the effort to provide multidisciplinary treatment through collaborative care with other specialists, and training of the families for home carryover, while using a whole-istic approach to maximize goals for growth and independence in functional daily living.
Adult clients if interested with our new additional Medicare contract
Range in paythrough Clinical Fellowship year based on prior experience (SLPA), knowledge of skillsets, training and implementation in graduate school, etc plus bonus options
Clinical Fellows looking for a diverse caseload in pediatrics and some adults, with mentorship on site and interdisciplinary collaboration
SLP: Range in hourly rate depending upon benefits need, prior experience, skillset implementation, etc plus additional pay options

Required Experience and Education
Master's degree in Speech Therapy or Speech-language Pathology
Experience with certain disorders and age groups (pediatrics primarily)
Preferred Experience with Feeding (if no feeding experience, agree to take CEU courses and mentorship by other Lead SLP's with training, to maximize integrated and comprehensive therapy to outpatient clientele)
Sound understanding of speech-related disorders and treatments
Familiarity with database management software(i.e. EMR System)
Excellent relationship-building skills
Resourcefulness and strong problem-solving skills
