• Create Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and craft tailored therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aims
• Implement Therapeutic Methods: Apply evidence-based skills to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living tasks
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure complete and integrated care
• Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their loved ones about therapy techniques to encourage ongoing progress at home
• Monitor and Document Patient Progress: Evaluate clinical outcomes and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients stay aligned with their goals

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and supported

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must
