• Create Customized Therapy Plans: Assess patient needs and design tailored treatment strategies to help them reach their personal goals

• Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Work in partnership with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive and integrated care
• Educate Patients and Families: Train patients and their loved ones on therapy techniques to promote ongoing recovery at home
• Assess and Record Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring that patients remain on track

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing professional development and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) credentials are required
