• Job Title: School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

• Location: Ridgecrest, CA and surrounding communities

• Job Type: Full-Time (W-2 Contract)

• Schedule: Follows the 20252026 academic school calendar

• Caseload: Elementary School (Grades K5)

• Start Date: August 2025

• Valid California SLP License (Required)

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

• California Educator Credential is a plus

• Experience in elementary schools , pediatrics , or school-based settings preferred but not required

• 1:1 Recruiter Support from application through end of contract

• Access to experienced school-based therapy professionals

• Weekly direct deposit

• Competitive pay : $50$65 per hour (based on experience & local district rates)
