Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in the Ridgecrest, California area for the 20252026 school year . This is an exciting opportunity for compassionate and driven SLPs who are passionate about supporting elementary-aged students in an inclusive and collaborative special education environment.

As part of a dedicated school therapy team, you will play a vital role in helping students improve their communication skills and reach academic success.

• Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

• Job Type: Full-Time

• Location: Ridgecrest, CA and surrounding school districts

• Setting: Elementary School Caseload

• Start Date: August 2025

• Contract: W-2, Full School Year (20252026)

• Valid California Speech Language Pathologist License

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

• California Teaching Credential (Education Specialist) is a plus

• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred (not required)

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
