• Job Title: School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

• Location: Ridgecrest, CA and surrounding areas

• Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

• Schedule: Full school year, follows academic calendar

• Caseload: Elementary (grades K5)

• Start Date: August 2025

• Contract Type: W-2 for the full 20252026 school year

• Active California Speech Language Pathology License

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

• California Educator Certification is a plus

• Previous experience with school-based or pediatric caseloads preferred but not required

• Dedicated 1:1 Recruiter Support from application to contract end

• Clinical guidance and mentorship from school-based therapy experts

• Weekly direct deposit

  Pay range: $50$65 per hour
