- Track and Adjust Treatment: Monitor clinical progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patient objectives are met
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
- Encouragement for continuous education and advanced certifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
- Mandatory NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification
