Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure a comprehensive and holistic approach to patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families through therapy practices to promote ongoing improvement at home.
• Track and Adjust Treatment Progress: Monitor clinical data and make necessary adjustments to ensure patients remain on their recovery path.

Education Requirements

• Obtained a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Encouraged to pursue continuing education or additional postgraduate certifications.

Certification Requirements

• Must hold a valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• Certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is mandatory.
