COTA in Brockton, MA

An Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is needed for an elementary caseload at an early childhood school in Saugus, MA for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a contract position with a full school year duration.

Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts COTA license required
• Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred
• Ability to implement occupational therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students with special needs within the classroom and other school settings
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and goals
• Collaborate with school staff, therapists, and families to support student progress
• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records according to school policies and state regulations
• Participate in meetings related to student therapy and educational planning
