Position Summary: VocoVision is seeking a qualified and compassionate Online Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. This 1099 contractor position allows you to work remotely while providing essential speech and language services to K-12 students. You will conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver engaging therapy sessions in a supportive online environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed virtual assessments for students experiencing speech and language challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
• Provide engaging and interactive therapy sessions using advanced teletherapy tools.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal student outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and student progress.
• Stay updated on best practices and innovations in school-based speech therapy.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience in a school setting is highly preferred.
• Comfortable using teletherapy platforms and technology.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
• Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.
