Position Summary: VocoVision is seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. In this 1099 contractor role, you will have the flexibility to work from home while providing crucial speech and language services to K-12 students. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, and delivering interactive therapy sessions in a supportive online environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments for students with speech and language challenges.
• Develop and implement customized individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment findings.
• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions utilizing the latest teletherapy tools.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote student achievement.
• Maintain precise documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
• Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in school-based speech therapy.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Prior experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
• Proficient in using teletherapy platforms and technology.
