Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate and qualified Virtual School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the VocoVision team. In this 1099 contractor position, you will have the flexibility to work from home while providing critical speech and language services to K-12 students. Your role will include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing engaging therapy sessions in a supportive online environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments for students with speech and language disorders.
• Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet each student's specific needs.
• Deliver interactive and engaging therapy sessions utilizing modern teletherapy tools.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to enhance student outcomes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
• Stay informed about the latest best practices and advancements in school-based speech therapy.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience working in a school environment is highly desirable.
• Proficient with teletherapy platforms and digital communication tools.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to helping students succeed.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
