12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required.

Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

Shift & Scheduling:M-FWe do ask the therapists start time is before 6AM and no later than 10AMWeekend Requirements: No weekends unless a holiday falls within M-F, then they can make the hours up on the weekend.

7 days maximum time off

2 references required from within the last 2 years
