Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support early childhood students in a vibrant educational setting. This full-time, contract position offers a dynamic caseload working exclusively with pre-kindergarten students, providing essential speech and language services to 45-50 children. The role is based onsite in Sanford, NC, a convenient location approximately 45 minutes south of Raleigh and 50 minutes north of Fayetteville. Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to a diverse pre-k caseload. Collaborate with educators and support staff to create effective intervention plans. Conduct assessments, track progress, and adjust treatment goals as needed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all therapy sessions and student progress. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall early childhood program goals. Qualifications: Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Consideration will also be given to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) under supervision. Experience or interest in early childhood speech-language intervention preferred. Ability to work onsite for the duration of the contract. Strong communication skills and commitment to student success. Work Schedule and Location: 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
