Description

• Maintain precise patient records adhering to state, federal, and facility protocols.

Education

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), pending ASHA certification.

Certifications

• Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be achieved within 30 days of starting employment.
