Details of the Role

• Deliver personalized speech therapy sessions that emphasize language, voice, fluency, and swallowing strategies.
• Foster collaborative relationships with multidisciplinary teams, including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, and families to formulate effective care plans.
• Engage in patient and family education, ensuring ongoing progress extends beyond therapy sessions.
• Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and therapies, ensuring seamless care for your patients.

Qualifications

• A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if you have not attained ASHA certification.

Licenses & Certifications

• State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
• Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the initial 30 days of employment.
