Pediatric School Speech Therapist New Brunswick, New Jersey

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a bilingual Spanish-speaking Speech-Language Pathologist licensed in New Jersey to provide school-based services to young learners from Pre-K through 2nd grade. Serving an elementary school setting, this contract position is designed to support language development and communication skills for early childhood students in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each child's goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and school policies
• Utilize bilingual skills to effectively communicate and engage with Spanish-speaking students and families

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience in pediatric and school-based speech-language therapy
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English essential
• Ability to work with Pre-K to 2nd grade populations
• Flexibility to work part-time (2-3 days) or full-time (up to 5 days) at 37.5 hours weekly
