Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Cambridge, MA

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a licensed and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This opportunity allows you to make a lasting impact by helping K12 students overcome communication challenges and thrive academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings

  • Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to assess students speech, language, and communication needs

  • Develop and implement personalized Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on assessment results

  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school, state, and federal requirements

  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support goal setting and service planning

  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to ensure continued growth

  • Address a range of communication disorders including speech, language, fluency, and voice

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

  • Active Massachusetts SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or eligibility

  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

  • Commitment to equity, inclusion, and student-centered care

  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
