Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Everett, MA
Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a licensed and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a welcoming school district located in Everett, Massachusetts. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to support K12 students in overcoming communication challenges and achieving academic and social success.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations to assess communication strengths and needs
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on assessment results
Collaborate with educators, families, and other school-based professionals to support student outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the planning of student goals and services
Track student progress and adjust interventions to meet evolving needs
Address a range of communication disorders, including speech, language, voice, and fluency
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
Valid Massachusetts SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or eligibility
Prior school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
