Job Description
  • Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and design personalized therapy strategies to help them achieve their individual goals.
  • Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive skills, and daily living inclinations.
  • Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Engage closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to guarantee comprehensive and holistic patient care.
  • Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their families on therapy techniques to support continuous improvement in everyday life.
  • Monitor Progress: Keep careful documentation of clinical advancements and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure ongoing success.
Education
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Continuing education or post-graduate certifications encouraged and supported.
Certifications
  • Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required.
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory.
