Job Description- Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create personalized therapy strategies to help them meet their functional objectives
- Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply research-based practices to augment patients motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily life skills
- Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Engage with other OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide comprehensive care
- Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families in therapy methods to ensure continued progress at home
- Track and Document Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment, keeping them on track towards their goals
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from a regionally accredited institution
- Encouragement and support for continuing education or additional post-graduate certifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
- NBCOT certification mandated
