• Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create personalized therapy strategies to help them meet their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply research-based practices to augment patients motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily life skills
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Engage with other OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide comprehensive care
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families in therapy methods to ensure continued progress at home
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment, keeping them on track towards their goals

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a regionally accredited institution
• Encouragement and support for continuing education or additional post-graduate certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification mandated
