Job Description- Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and devise personalized therapy strategies to help them meet their functional objectives
- Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-informed methods to boost patients' motor abilities, cognitive function, and everyday activities
- Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work hand in hand with other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to guarantee well-rounded, compassionate care
- Teach Patients and Caregivers: Provide education to patients and their families about therapy methods to encourage continuous improvement at home
- Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical results and modify treatment approaches as necessary to keep patients on their recovery journey
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school
- Ongoing education or additional certifications encouraged and nurtured
- Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
- NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
