Job Description
  • Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients requirements and design individualized therapy strategies that empower them to meet their functional objectives.

  • Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, holistic patient care.
  • Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their loved ones in therapy techniques that foster continued progress outside of clinical settings.
  • Monitor and Document Progress: Document clinical outcomes and adapt treatment approaches to ensure patients remain on track with their recovery journeys.
Education
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Continuing education and postgraduate certifications are encouraged and supported
Certifications
  • Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
