Educational Background
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Ongoing education or additional certifications are encouraged and welcomed
Licensure and Certifications
  • Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
