• Create Custom Treatment Plans: Assess patients needs and craft personalized therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Employ research-driven methodologies to improve patients motor functions, cognitive abilities, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure comprehensive, integrated care
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide instruction and support to patients and their caregivers, empowering them to continue progress at home
• Track Patient Progress: Monitor and document clinical outcomes, adjusting treatments as necessary to maintain a steady course towards success

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Ongoing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and actively supported

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
